One working tool on your real data in two weeks

The First Tool Sprint is the flagship engagement and the standard way in: fixed scope, about two weeks, one process picked on a 30-minute call, and a working tool in daily use at the end. Your team learns by doing and keeps everything.

8 days

from start to a production sales pipeline app that replaced a 15-year spreadsheet practice, in our own business

A fixed scope, not a program

Most attempts at bringing AI into a business stall the same way: the plan is large, the first result is far away, and nobody inside the company has done it before. The sprint inverts that. One process, one tool, about two weeks. The scope is fixed before work starts, and the deliverable is a tool in use, not a report about tools.

The build runs on your real data from the first day. Two or three of your own people, the ones who know how the process actually works, are involved throughout, so the sprint ends with operators, not just users. That is also how the AI capability enters the company: learning by doing, on work that matters.

Who it fits

  • The week runs on spreadsheets, email threads and one person's memory, and everyone knows it.
  • There is no AI staff, no time to hire any, and no appetite for a months-long transformation program.
  • Something specific keeps eating hours: a report assembled by hand, a register maintained by copy-paste, questions answered by searching folders.
  • You want to see AI work on your own data before deciding anything bigger.

The rhythm

  1. 30-minute call

Free. We find the first automation target together and say honestly whether a sprint fits it.

  2. First Tool Sprint

About two weeks, fixed scope. One working tool on your real data, in production use by the people who run the process.

  3. Tool cycles

Optional, roughly monthly. Each cycle ships the next tool. Stop any time; your team keeps everything that was built.

What a sprint contains

  1. A scoping pass over the process as it actually runs, including the parts nobody wrote down.

  2. A working tool built against your real data, never against samples or mock-ups.

  3. Deployment into daily use, with the person who runs the process in the loop throughout.

  4. Handover: source, documentation, and your own people trained by doing. The tool is yours.

Evidence

  • Sales pipeline app (own practice): We ran the first sprint on ourselves: a 15-year weekly-spreadsheet sales practice replaced with a secure, EU-hosted pipeline app, in production use within 8 days.

  • Municipal permit-registers survey: All 265 Bulgarian municipalities' online construction-permit registers surveyed with AI agents in 2 working days, delivered as a classified inventory covering 89.4% of them.

  • National Stop Register of Bulgaria: The country's first canonical register of public-transport stops, 13,974 stops consolidated from nine operators and two agencies, built and published in days.

Name the first tool

Bring the process that eats the most hours to a 30-minute call. We will say whether a sprint fits it and what the tool would be.
