What this is

Some problems are bigger than a tool: an operations platform, a register a whole sector must trust, analytics over national-scale field data. This offering is that tier. The method is contract-first: binding, machine-validated API contracts come first, specifications reference them, and code is generated and checked against them, so the parts of a platform agree with each other by construction. Registers are built the same way, consolidating sources that disagree into one canonical, standards-compliant dataset with the lineage of every record preserved.

  • Deposit-return system, national design: Bulgaria's national deposit-return system designed end to end: architecture, draft legislation in two parallel editions, financial model and a working machine simulator.

  • National road-condition analytics: A national road-roughness survey's raw and partly broken field data turned into engineering-grade condition reports, a prioritized repair programme and an interactive offline map that staff at Bulgaria's Road Infrastructure Agency open with a double click.
