Sales pipeline app (own practice)

Context
Full disclosure: this one is our own. For fifteen years our sales practice ran on a weekly spreadsheet; the last one is still in the repository. It worked, and it also lost history, hid the pipeline, and kept each week's picture in one person's head. We used it as the live test case for our smallest offer: a spreadsheet process becomes a real app, in days.
What we built
A pipeline and lead-management app: deals, organizations, contacts, an activity timeline, the weekly review ritual, and import of the old spreadsheets. It runs as a single EU-hosted service with the database pinned to EU jurisdiction at creation time, sign-in behind two-factor access, and a running cost of a few dollars a month. Research, specification, implementation, automated tests, and deployment runbooks were all part of the same short build, and the app has been in daily production use since.
The measured result
In production within days: first work on 12 July 2026, deployed and in daily use by 20 July
EU data residency enforced at the database level, immutable after creation
Runs for a few dollars a month
Shown as a case study of the offer; it is our internal tool, not a product for sale
